I’m Capt. JC Algueseva. I have been a hunting and fishing fanatic for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Helotes, Texas and spent countless weekends in the Coastal Bend. At the youthful age of twenty I moved to Corpus Christi so I could fish daily. I have been guiding for 15 years now and enjoyed every moment of it. I am a people person, so I relish creating relationships with my customers. 

Over the years I have learned that being a guide is a lot like being a parent or a teacher; so instead of casting, hooking the fish and handing it off to be reeled in I teach my customers to do it for themselves. Yes, I could get the job done faster but like proverbs says: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”.

J.C. is not some "just set up recently guy with a boat". He is the real deal with over 15yrs of guiding experience. And is a safety on the water expert. He is United States Coast Guard Certified, CPR certified, and a certified swimmer.
